Working with Chuck was an absolute pleasure. Throughout the entire process Chuck was responsive, knowledgeable, and professional. From viewing a house, to placing a bid, to closing on a house, I felt that I was Chuck's number one priority. If you are serious about buying a home I highly recommend working with Chuck, as his experience and knowledge in this field were a game-changer and ultimately led to me buying my first house.
Where to begin? In early 2017 Chuck helped me with the purchase of a townhome in Fountain and then helped me sell it a little over a year later in 2018. He then helped me through the process of purchasing a house from the hands of foreclosure lawyers and after much hard work and fixing-up, helped me sell the house just last month for a hefty profit. I wasn't sure where to live but needed to sell the house, and he had a property for rent that he let me know of immediately. The service provided is listed as "Listed and sold a home or lot/land", but he did a whole lot more than just that. Chuck is very straightforward and doesn't beat around the bush or give you want you want to hear - but want you need to hear. My future is set and I couldn't be more appreciative. Thank you!
